We had the most amazing opportunity to take part in planning a private residence wedding for Katy and Nick. They had the most gorgeous early June backyard wedding in Arlington, Virginia. I started working with Katy’s parents in February of 2021 to pull together their vision for an intimate tented wedding at their property. I love tented weddings but they definitely come with challenges! I highly recommend working with a wedding planner to ensure your tented wedding goes off without a hitch. The week leading up to Katy and Nick’s wedding was filled with rain but thankfully on their wedding day the skies cleared and it was the most gorgeous weather!
Katy’s father created a custom arch for their ceremony that was so beautiful and perfectly framed the couple during their vows!
The highlight of the event was the fact that all members of the family could attend…including Katy and Nick’s two dogs!
