This Washington, D.C. wedding was flawlessly planned and designed by Blue Sapphire Events, who brought the couple’s vision to life with thoughtful details and a modern romantic aesthetic. From the ceremony setup to the reception transformation, every design decision reflected intentional elegance and personalized touches.
Lush floral installations by Bee Inspired Events adorned the space, paired beautifully with rentals from Pretty Little Wedding Co. and DC Rental. The result was a wedding design that felt luxurious, timeless, and incredibly stylish—perfect for a chic city wedding in D.C.
Reception Highlights: Unforgettable Moments at The Watergate
The reception at The Watergate Hotel offered the perfect setting for an upscale celebration. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner prepared by the hotel’s in-house culinary team, followed by dancing under custom lighting designed by Dan Goldman Events.
The newlyweds made a memorable entrance and raised a glass to their loved ones as music by Cool DJ Scuba brought the energy to life. The dance floor stayed full all night, and the couple added a fun, interactive twist with a photobooth from Dan Goldman Events and late-night coffee service from Slipstream DC—a hit with every guest.
Guests indulged in a stunning and delicious cake created by The CakeBee, while the couple’s flawless look was made possible by HairPlay by K and Tamar C Makeup Artistry. The entire celebration was expertly captured by Rust & Siena Studio, who documented every emotion, detail, and golden-hour portrait with artistry and authenticity.
Custom paper goods and signage from Designs by Allison René added the perfect finishing touch—from the invitation suite to the day-of signage. And thanks to All Pro Charter, transportation was seamless from start to finish.
